HOW CAA FULL FORM BECOME AN ACT?

CAB full form, as a Citizenship Amendment Bill, presents the ruling party Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) under the leadership of Honourable PM Narendra Modi.

The amendment says that the immigrant from Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan who had fled from their home country which are not Muslim, is the ones eligible to take Citizenship of India.

THE CITIZENSHIP ACT 1955 (CAA FULL FORM):

PROTEST AGAINST CAA IN ASSAM AND NORTH-EASTERN STATE.

NRC AND CAA COMBINED RELATIONSHIP:

The Indian Union Muslim League redirects the petition to the Supreme Court of India on concern that the bill was illegal.

As well as one more petition against the bill was filed soon by the royal family of Tripura.

The hearing on all petition totals 60 petitions first held on 18 December 2019 to challenge against the Act.

But the Supreme Court had declined to stay for implementation of the Citizenship Amendment Act.

For this petition, the next hearing was scheduled for 21 April 2020.

HINDU REFUGEES CONCERN:

So far, some Hindu refugees living in Assam since 1960 they had always denied Citizenship. Those refugees said that the amendment was “Kindled Hope.”

From West Bengal, some rallies also had in support of the amendment by the BJP leaders. The BJP made an allegation against the State Government for blocking them.

The statement made by BJP leader against the Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee party’s members for misinforming state residents related to the Act.

Around 15,000 people belonging from Rajasthan join the rally held by BJP leader in support of the law.

New Delhi in support of this Act. Hundreds of people gathered and made a human chain for support of CAA full form.
